Cedar Vale-Dexter's Eislee Boatman
EISLEE BOATMAN, CEDAR VALE-DEXTER
Boatman, a junior, emerged as a complementary scoring weapon to All-South Central Border League first-team pick Zoe Davidson. She averaged 11.9 points and 3.4 rebounds last season as Cedar Vale-Dexter won 15 games before falling to Lyndon in the sub-state semifinals. Boatman earned second-team all-league honors, and will try to help the Spartans climb the final rung to a league title after they tied for second a season ago.
Rossville's Nora Burdiek
NORA BURDIEK, ROSSVILLE
An injury cut short Burdiek’s sophomore season as she missed the final 12 games after getting off to a red-hot start that saw her average 16.4 points and 12 rebounds per game. She had moved into the starting lineup during her freshman season and become a force on a well-balanced team and was well on her way to a monster sophomore season before the injury hit. She still earned third-team All-Big East League honors despite missing half the season and was honorable mention All-Class 2A. She recorded the ninth-highest single-season scoring total her freshman year and already ranks ninth in Rossville history for career rebounds, steals and blocks. She’s also a standout volleyball player and is drawing college interest in that sport.

Davidson stepped up her production during her sophomore season, and the Spartans added to their victory total as well. She earned All-South Central Border League honors for the second straight year, averaging 16.1 points and 9.2 rebounds as Cedar Vale-Dexter went 15-6 in its first season under coach Lance Jeffers. JAKAYLA DAVIS, ST. MARY’S COLGAN
Davis enters her final season as one of Class 2A’s most decorated returning players. The 5-foot-6 point guard has been the Panthers’ floor general since the moment she arrived on campus, starting every game since her freshman year and piling up 1,375 career points along the way. Davis is coming off a big junior campaign in which she averaged 25 points per game, finishing as the fourth-leading scorer in the state and earning a sweep of top honors—2A Player of the Year, first-team all-state and unanimous first-team all-league. She has been an all-state selection in each of her first three seasons. Davis has helped lead Colgan to a 72-6 record over three years, including back-to-back 25-1 seasons and three straight state trophies (two third-place finishes and a fourth-place showing). The Panthers took fourth last season falling to Inman in the third place game. Now the lone returning starter, Davis steps into an even larger leadership role as the Panthers look to remain among Class 2A’s elite.
Rossville's Rylee Dick

The four-year starter has committed to Benedictine and will look to lead the Ravens back to the league title after they finished runner-up last season.
Inman's Morgan Froese
MORGAN FROESE, INMAN
Like they did in volleyball, the Teutons will try to absorb the blow of an offseason knee injury that ended the high school career of all-state performer Suttyn Harris, who surpassed 1,000 career points last season as Inman went 21-4 and finished third in Class 2A. Froese, Harris’ classmate, is one Inman will count on. The 6-foot senior averaged 10 points and 6.5 rebounds last season, joining Harris on the All-Heart of America first team and earning All-2A honorable mention. Froese won’t have to do it by herself, as Inman graduated just one player off last season’s state roster and returns senior Kenna Woods, who missed the 2024-25 season with an injury.
Conway Springs' Macie Hartman
MACIE HARTMAN, CONWAY SPRINGS
Hartman, a senior, is Conway Springs’ top returning scorer from a 15-7 team that lost to Remington in the sub-state semifinals. She enjoyed a solid sophomore campaign last year, averaging 11 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 assists per game, but came up big in the 2A state title game, scoring 21 points as the Mustangs fell short of knocking off top-seeded Moundridge. A 37% shooter from 3-point range, Johnson is even more valuable to the team as a lock-down defender, drawing the opposing team’s best player every night. She earned first-team All-Twin Valley League honors last year and was third-team All-Class 2A.
Moundridge's Macy Kaminkow
MACY KAMINKOW, MOUNDRIDGE
